A 1940s PAINTED TOLE ‘SICILIAN CITRUS’ CHANDELIER
£750.00
A painted tole lemon and tangerine ‘Sicilian Citrus’ five branch chandelier/pendant light, Italian, 1940s – naturalistically designed as leafy fruiting stems terminating in blossom form bulb holders, all emanating from a gadrooned scallop edged bowl, with similar ceiling rose and original chain present. Height includes chain. Of typical dainty proportions and in good overall condition with only minor paint losses commensurate with age and in our opinion not detracting! Ideal hung over a kitchen breakfast nook, over a table or island perhaps. Very pretty!
