A 1970s LARGE & ORIGINAL DISNEY POP ART METAL ‘POP CORN’ MOVIE THEATRE WALL LIGHT

A large & original Disney pop art metal & lucite ‘Pop Corn’ movie theatre wall light, made in Canada, 1970s.  A rare find, this substantial feature wall light is an original bespoke design for Walt Disney World Resorts & removed during refurbishment works. Designed as a giant carton of pop corn, the lucite interior with ceramic double bulb fitting for up and down lighting, the exterior of perforated metal printed in red, white and yellow, with original labels ‘fabrique au Canada and Underwriters Laboratories Inc.’ with stamped issue number and design number present, with integral backplate fixing.  Original wiring present but will need rewiring and PAT testing ready for install.  Please enquire.  A fabulous, bespoke statement design.  Stunning on the wall!  Well made and in great condition commensurate with age.  Ideal for any Pop Art or Disney fan!
