A DECORATIVE MURANO GLASS & METAL ‘BASKET OF ROSES’ TABLE LAMP BY BANCI, 1950s

A very decorative and unusual Murano glass and metal ‘Basket of Roses’ table lamp by Banci, Firenze, Italian 1950s/60s.  The Murano glass white roses and painted green toleware leaves naturalistically designed tumbling from a pretty gilt wire basket container, the roses with fresh green accents, each of the six flower heads housing bulbs along with the central bulb holder and together providing a good amount of bright ambient light – lovely and so unusual in this design!

Now rewired with twisted silk flex and PAT tested ready to install with clients own shade or we can have a bespoke lampshade made – please enquire.
