A PAIR OF FLORENTINE GILT TOLE OAK LEAF SCONCES, 1940s, ITALIAN

A pair of Florentine gilt tole Oak Leaf sconces, 1940s, Italian – naturalistically designed as leafy branches with pretty scallop edged  bulb holders and circular backplate, with integral hook for easy fixing, the gilt with a rich coppery tone,  in great condition with signs of wear and patination commensurate with age – does not detract in our opinion! These are wired but not PAT tested.  Will need to be checked by a qualified electrician prior to installation.  Wiring can also be stripped out for candles.  Please enquire.
