Description

A pair of Italian painted tole ‘Wild Strawberry’ sconces, 1940s – naturalistically designed as leafy plants set with bright fruits and flowers, hand painted throughout with lovely details. In very good condition commensurate with age with some signs of wear and minor paint losses – not detracting in our opinion. Very decorative examples and sought after in this scarce botanical design. Currently for candles but can be wired as wall lights and PAT tested – please enquire. Depth 18cms.
