A pair of painted tole ‘leafy palm’ sconces, Italian, 1960s – naturalistically designed as trios of serrated edge palm fronds shading single branch candle holders of foliate form, hand painted throughout in graduated shades of green and ochre. In good condition commensurate with age with minor signs of wear but nothing detracting in our opinion. A stylish pair of original botanical sconces in a sought after and scarce design – lovely!
