A RARE PAIR OF ITALIAN PINK & GREEN ‘LEAFY PALM’ WALL LIGHT APPLIQUES BY SERGIO TERZANI, 1970s

A rare pair of Italian pink and green ‘Leafy Palm’ wall light appliqués by Sergio Terzani, 1970s – each designed as a pair of large serrated perforated palm like leaves cupped by foliate bases, hand painted throughout in soft shades of pink and green, integral hook for hanging verso. Designed to emit an atmospheric diffused light from the two bulbs hidden behind the leaves. In overall good vintage condition commensurate with age with only minor signs of wear to the paintwork in places but nothing detracting in our opinion. Very scarce original examples by this sought after maker. Stunning! Wired but not tested. Will need testing by a qualified electrician. We can also rewire and PAT test – please enquire.
