A SET OF FOUR BANCI FIRENZE TOLE & MURANO CRYSTAL STYLISED FLORAL URN WALL APPLIQUES

A glamorous and scarce set of four monumental Banci Firenze bi-coloured tole and Murano crystal stylised floral urn wall appliqués, 1970s, Italian – the weighty handcrafted Florentine ironwork of excellent quality and designed as stylised scrolling flower filled vases, the metal silvered and gilt and together with the crystal urn and bulb holders designed to glint and reflect the light when lit, original silver grey painted wood bulb holders present – wired but not PAT tested (PAT testing must be done by  a qualified electrician prior to install).  Good overall condition commensurate with age.  Each light with varying patination  adding depth. Rare in this size and quantity – stunning on the wall.

The firm of Banci was founded in 1899 in the Oltrarno district of Firenze specialising in the best artisan made Murano crystal and gilt metal lighting.
