A good sized pair of Italian gilt tole ‘ribbon tied Magnolia’ wall appliqués, 1940s, naturalistically designed as an abundance of foliage tied with a ‘ribbon’, the bulb hidden verso and designed to give an elegant diffused ambient glow. In very good condition commensurate with age. Original metal tags ‘made in Italy’ present. A glamorous pair of wall lights that can be hung as a swag with the original chain (L150cms) and wired with a plug or alternatively as a pair of individual wall lights without a chain. Very scarce in this size, design and condition. Stunning on the wall! Can be wired and PAT tested. Please enquire.
