A pair of good sized twin branch leafy ‘willow bough’ wall light sconces, French, Pouenat Ferronier, 1960s – exuberantly and naturalistically designed as tied branches with a profusion of verdant leaves, the bulb holders of open leafy flower form. In good antique condition commensurate with age, the orinal paintwork with losses and signs of wear showing a mix of coloured paint layers beneath in places and retouched in areas but attractive, adding character and not detracting in our opinion! A lovely pair of Botanical sconces by this sought after quality French maker – full of movement and very decorative on the wall! Original integrated hanging hooks present. Can be wired and PAT tested – please enquire.
